Living from the true self is our natural birthright, a fundamental confidence that we all possess. However like much of our original wisdom, it often becomes thwarted and buried during our upbringing and the trials of life. But we’re not as far off as we may think. Through understanding and practice we can re-awaken our authentic self, and learn to bring it to the center of every aspect of our life.

The Five-Week Course

During the course we’ll work with five different processes to help you uncover and live from your true self.
Each of these processes opens new insights, and together they create a progressive, synergistic learning
experience to help break through habitual patterns and arrive at the heart of your truth.

Mindfulness Meditation

We’ll practice an embodied form of mindfulness, to help us become more grounded and true with our present moment experience.

Group Coaching Process

This process from life coaching helps to move beyond limited thinking and open to our own natural wisdoms and power.

Dyad Practice

This dyad practice is a unique communication process that helps us arrive in a more authentic place.

Mudra Space Awareness

These are several practices of body-heart-mind developed for authentic being, by the renowned Tibetan meditation master Chögyam Trungpa.

Indiginous Talking Circle

Talking circle is a powerful way of being in community where everyone has the opportunity to be fully seen and heard.

These five processes work as a “layered synergy” to affect a thorough and lasting shift in your being, including: body, mind, emotions, intellect, behaviour, and communication. This is not a shift to some foreign new state, but is a shift to your natural authentic self, the state you were born with. Then from there, the training will then help you move forward to bring your authentic self into all aspects of your life.

  • Schedule: 9:30 am – 5:00 pm Central Standard Time Zone w/ one hour lunch break.
  • Please plan to attend the entire retreat and be punctual with the schedule.

* You can cancel anytime up to 48 hours before your program start time and receive a refund, minus a $100 processing fee. After this no refund is offered, except in the case of a medical emergency.

The Facilitator

Hello I’m Craig Mollins, a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, meditation teacher, and passionate proponent of the human capacity for betterment. I hail from Halifax, Nova Scotia, a small city on the east coast of Canada, and currently live in Mexico City.

In my 42 years as a student of Tibetan Buddhism I’ve has spent extensive time in retreat, meditation, and study. I’ve attended well over 100 training programs including over six months in the Colorado Rockies, dozens of intensive solitary retreats of over 400 days in total, and many weekend programs at various urban meditation centers. Also in seven different trips to Asia I’ve spent a total of 11 months at two monasteries, in India and Nepal.

Being authentic and true have been the central guiding principle in my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve lived an adventurous life, made plenty of mistakes, experienced a good share of trauma, and have been perpetually pursuing learning, growth and depth. I look forward to sharing some of my learning with you in the Rediscover the True You five-week course.
